"Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been quoted approximately 5 different rates for my new car insurance and was talked into bundling my car and homeowners to save money. After bundling and being told a monthly rate, they are auto drafting my monthly fee at $40.00 per month higher than I was told! Rick and Chris nothing totally ignore my calls, emails, texts! I have never been treated with this level if total disrespect and disregard. Every week I’d receive a new policy change with a different amount from what I was quoted ranging from $128., $154., $163., $167. $229. Ridiculous!!! They messed up my homeowners transfer, which they told me they would handle, resulting in me paying for TWO homeowners policies until I corrected it. The very worst part of this experience has been their complete lack of disrespect by ignoring me. I get NO RESPONSE AT ALL. They don’t answer the phone, emails, or texts. I plan to report both Rick and Chris."
